  1. What can be sold. 

Campside Social offers a unique shopping experience that is directed toward the camping community. Please keep this in mind when listing products!

If you sell products, you agree that: 
1 – All items are currently in-stock at your facility. 
2 – No items will be drop-shipped
3 – No items will be sold on backorder
4 – You have the right to sell the products you’re selling.
5 – All items are available for purchase at a set price. 

  • What can’t be sold. 

Even if your products otherwise meet our marketplace criteria, prohibited items, services, and items that violate our intellectual property policies are not allowed to be sold on. All listings must offer an item for sale. 

Reselling used/pre-owned products is not allowed. 

Keep in mind that members may flag listings that appear to violate our policies. Campside Social will review and may remove any listing that violates our policies. 

  • Managing your shop. 

Your sellers shop represents you and your business to the Campside Community. It’s important, your items accurately represent your business. 

By selling on Campside Social, you agree that you will: 

1 – Provide honest, accurate information to Campside Social.
2 – Honor your shop policies. 
3 – Ensure all shop content abides by Campside Social’s policies. 
4 – Accurate represent your items in listings/photos.
5 – Respect the intellectual property of others. 
6 – Not engage in any sort of fee avoidance. 
7 – Not coordinate pricing with other sellers. 

  • Seller Standards 

By listing products on Campside Social you agree and understand that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the products you list for sale, including any required labels and warnings. Campside Social assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, labeling, or content of your listings. As a seller, you must provide great customer service and maintain trust with your buyers.

By selling on Campside Social, you agree to: 

1 – Honor your shipping and processing times. 
2 – Respond to customer messages in a timely manner. 
3 – Resolve disagreements. 
4 – If you can’t complete an order you must contact the member and cancel the order. 

  • Selling Fees

Sellers will be charged a set fee of .03% per transaction unless otherwise mentioned. 

  • Processing Fees

All orders will be charged a processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
